Land Based Business Training Project (LBBT)

Land based businesses throughout the Cairngorms National Park are eligible to benefit from an exciting project led by the Cairngorms National Park Authority in partnership with the European Social Fund, Leader and the local enterprise agencies. This is a scheme to part-fund training for people working on estates, farms, crofts, forests, nurseries - in fact any business that is related to the management or use of land.

In addition to providing funding for training, the project provides support and assistance with training by helping to identify training needs; finding trainers and courses to meet those needs; finding others interested in the same training to make up course numbers; influencing course dates and venues to suit the location and time commitments unique to land based businesses and monitoring to ensure high quality courses run by good trainers.
