DEER (SCOTLAND) ACT 1996 – PART IV - VENISON DEALER’S LICENCE Under section 34 of the above Act if you hold a venison dealers licence you are required to record all venison dealings or transactions as prescribed by the Licensing of Venison Dealers (Prescribed Forms etc) (Scotland) Order 1984.
