All previous crofting legislation in force until 5 January 1994 was repealed and consolidated in the Crofters (Scotland) Act of 1993, which was itself substantially amended recently by the Crofting Reform etc Act 2007. A copy of the 1993 Act, as amended by the 2007 Act, and a copy of the 2007 Act itself (which also amended other related legislation) can be found amongst the publications on the Crofters Commission website.
