Your Details form will be shared with the SEARS partners
you specify. These changes are shared to ensure that this information
need only be provided once.
The SEARS partners have registered with the UK Information Commissioner
that they are using personal data and will only use personal
data for the purposes set out in their notification as submitted
to the Information Commissioner.
SEARS partners are: Animal Health; Cairngorms National Park
Authority; the Crofters Commission; the Deer Commission for
Scotland; the Forestry Commission Scotland; Loch Lomond and
the Trossachs National Park Authority; the Scottish Environment
Protection Agency; the Scottish Government Rural Payments and
Inspections Directorate; and Scottish Natural Heritage.
SEARS partners may be asked to release information under the
Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 or the
Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. However, SEARS partners
will not act in a way that breaches confidentiality or the Data
Protection Act 1998.
